Back Pain can be caused by something as simple as a strain but there are more issues such as herniated disks in the spine, scoliosis which is the curvature of the spine, whiplash, and inflammation. Osteoarthritis can cause pain in the back as well as a compression fracture which is when one or more bones in the spine weaken and break.
