1) Mindful Self-Care: In life, there can be several challenging situations that can interfere with your ability to cope with difficult emotions, thoughts, personal/relationship stress, and/or struggles mostly due to our current pandemic. One of the most beneficial ways in which one can truly manage or cope with stress is to understand the origin of their stress and engage in healthy stress-coping strategies. Self-Care is the decision to actively preserve and protects one’s overall health and well-being. Feelings of contentment, increased confidence, emotional control, relaxation, and self-reflection are just a few of the benefits of self-care. Therapeutic Mindfulness provides tips that teach you healthy ways to care for yourself, as well as live in the moment by using mindfulness skills.
